Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy
At DORI, we want you to shop with confidence. All products purchased from dori.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original product specifications or is not the same as what you ordered.
To raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to sales@dori.pk or calling us at +92 321 0014333. Each case is reviewed individually, and we strive to be fair to both our customers and our brand.
If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged item, we will send you a replacement (both domestically and internationally). Before processing any claims, you may be required to email photographic evidence of the product to sales@dori.pk within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items
There are certain cases where exchanges cannot be supported, including (but not limited to):
- Exchange request made after the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged due to use.
- The product has been altered, customized, or tampered with.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, no exchange or replacement is applicable on accessories or limited-edition graphic products.
Refund Policy
We do offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- The product is not the correct size, color, or style, and we are unable to facilitate an exchange.
Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
