At DORI, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at fair shipping rates. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₨149 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
• FREE delivery is available on all orders above ₨20000.
• International shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for remote areas.

3. International Shipping

• We ship to select countries internationally.
• Delivery time typically ranges between 7–14 working days (depending on the destination).
• Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs clearance (for international orders)
• Courier service disruptions

DORI is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details when placing an order. DORI will not be liable for delayed or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number and photographic evidence at support@dori.pk.
• Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly in line with our Exchange & Refund Policy.

8. Important Shipping Notes:

We ship all orders through DAEWOO FASTEX for fast and reliable delivery.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in regions supported by DAEWOO FASTEX.

If COD is not available in your area, you will be required to make an advance payment before we dispatch your parcel. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped immediately.
